Matt established himself as a builder of custom log homes in Northern Michigan in 1980. He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction management, coupled with excellent communication skills. 

As co-owner of Hagan Construction, Matt  personally attends to every project, building each home as if it were his own. Skills like resourcefulness, eye for detail, and determination translate into creating perfect homes for each client, on-budget and on-time.

Design and art have been in my life from an early age. With over a decade in the interior design industry and many of those spent working as a Traverse City area kitchen ​and bathroom designer, I have acquired vast design experience and expertise, and established relationships with some of the areas top vendors and craftsman.

 I like to guide my clients not only in the layout of their spaces but also in color and texture preferences with the ultimate goal of creating an unique and practical space that also has their vision and budget in mind.

Misty Franklin has been an active part of the growing real estate market in Northern Michigan since 2015. She possesses a high level of customer service and keeps up to date with local market trends.

Misty will make the buying process streamlined, educated and will negotiate the best deal for her direct customers. She holds the fiduciary responsibility to the highest level.

When Misty is not totally immersed in her business she spends time in the kitchen trying desperately to be a master chef. Bringing the whole family together with food puts her in the happy place. While have been happily married for 25 years, she is very proud of her 3 very ambitious, hard working young men that live and enjoy in the community. 

Steve Barnes is a Realtor for Mark Hagan Real Estate Professionals and has been a member of the team since April of 2005. Working with both buyers and sellers, Steve has been involved in over 250 transaction sides with sales in excess of $50,000,000. His knowledge of the area spans 45 years, enjoying the lakes, streams and trails in the Grand Traverse Region from an early age, where family had a summer home on the shores of Lake Michigan.

Helping people his entire adult life, Steve previously worked as a firefighter-paramedic, retiring from the Lansing Fire Department in 2001 after 21 years in the fire service.

Living on the Old Mission Peninsula, Steve enjoys fine wines, cooking and indulging in the great variety of restaurants and wineries in the region. Steve is married, raising three beautiful daughters who now have blessed him with 3 grandsons.
